3. Information sharing
We share necessary information with campsite operators to fulfil your booking (name, contact details, guest count, dates). Payment processing is handled by Peach Payments — we never store full card details. We may share data with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery).
4. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 5 years for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@veldcamp.com.
5. Your rights
